DIRECTIONS & MAPS PARKING INFORMATION & MAPS All lots near the Black Dog Block Party are operating as normal during the convention. Only lots very near the convention center, at the other end of town, are closed. CONTRIBUTE! The Block Party is free for all! The Black Dog invites you to contribute to help throw The "Welcome to the Neighborhood" Block Party in Lowertown! The Black Dog will be hosting the event, providing the stage, sound system, porta-potties and other necessities. Many musicians are donating their time and energies to this event. Donations received will be used exclusively to defray musician's expenses for travel, housing, etc., and to feed them and their crews. The Block Party is a 501c3 organization, and your contribution is tax deductible. Any additional money collected after the Block Party expenses are covered will be shared equally with all the participating artists. Join us! Make this an event that those visiting St. Paul will long remember, and that will do our community proud! We don't get the world coming to Saint Paul very often...let's make the most of it!
