Please join us in the second in our new series of "Pop-Up" dinners. For this installment, Black Dog Sous Chef, Peter Vang, has invited his mother, Chee Yang, to join him in the kitchen as they prepare for us a Hmong family meal.
Tonight's menu: Hmong Sweet Pork with Eggs, side of Rice, Chicken Soup with Greens, and a traditional Sweet Cucumber Drink (dib kaus).
Black Dog "Pop-Ups" are a celebration of our newly renovated kitchen and venue.
The Pop-Ups afford an opportunity for creativity and collaboration to the Black Dog Kitchen crew as well as other Twin Cities culinary professionals (and serious hobbyists).
"Pop-Ups" will be complete, multi-dish, Prix Fixe meals.
"Pop-Ups" take place on the second Sunday of the month between 6:00 and 8:00 PM.
A limited selection of items from the Black Dog menu will also be available during Pop-Up Events.
