The Black Dog sub-group or "Slice" of the Saint Paul Bread Club meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 7:00-9:00 PM. The S.P.B.C is open to bakers of any experience levels and bread lovers of all kinds. New members are always welcome and recipes, techniques, and samples are part and parcel of these monthly meetings.
